Meth

Methamphetamine Hydrochloride

a drug that stimulates the central nervous system by causing it to release more dopamine, a neurotransmitter that gives someone a feeling of satisfaction.

It increases alertness and energy. In high doses it can induce euphoria, enhance self-esteem, and increase sexual pleasure.

It decreases appetite; it is also used to treat narcolepsy and some forms of depression

It makes the addict lose their looks, teeth, health, personality, etc.

It is smoked in the form of freebase methamphetamine (crystal meth) or snorted in a hydrochloride or adulterated form (crank). The rush is similar to cocaine when you smoke meth, but lasts around 6 hours.

Methamphetamine has a high potential for abuse.
